Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme
created by The Broke and the Bookish.
This week's Top Ten Tuesday theme is about our latest additions to the ol' TBR. Because we all know it's ever-growing. I used to add books faster than I could remove others but I've become a lot pickier over the years about what I add to my TBR. So here are the latest books to actually make the cut and get added:
The Crown's Fate - Evelyn Skye
By Your Side - Kasie West
Full Tilt - Emma Scott
I Found You - Lisa Jewell
After the Game - Abbi Glines
The Upside of Unrequited - Becky Albertalli
Bittersweet - Sarina Bowen
I See You - Molly McAdams
Race the Darkness - Abbie Roads
Till Death - Jennifer L. Armentrout
Have you read any of these? Are any of these on your TBR?
So excited for By Your Side and The Upside!! I just got approved for them and am starting By Your Side now. Also want to read Bittersweet soon. Great list!
ReplyDeleteSame here, Grace! I got approved for both By Your Side and The Upside of Unrequited in the past couple days and I'm so excited for both. I hope you'll love By Your Side! And I am so ready do dive into that True North series by Sarina Bowen. Ever since reading and loving Him I've wanted to read more from her.
DeleteBittersweet was so good! Actually the entire series was amazing.
ReplyDeleteI am so excited for the whole series! I just loved Him by Sarina Bowen so I'm ready to read more from her. Every synopsis sounds awesome.
DeleteOh, I really want The Upside of Unrequited. It needs to go on Netgalley! haha

I actually got approved for it on Edelweiss which *shocked* me because I rarely have much luck there. I usually stick to NetGalley. But I guess the publisher was feeling generous that day. LOL
DeleteCannot WAIT for After the Game and to find out about the rest of the characters! I am especially excited about learning more about Riley's situation with Rhett.
ReplyDeleteAnd I've become the same way as you Tanya with adding to my TBR. I used to add books ALL the time and now I've gotten so picky with what I add. I can't read them all anyways so it's unrealistic to add a book I'll likely never pick up!

Oh my gosh, I am so incredibly choosy about what I add on GoodReads. It's like, I have to be *dying* to read it before it goes on the TBR. It's like you said, it's crazy to add just everything because you know you'll never be able to read them all. I did a huge weed-out last year and deleted almost half my TBR.
DeleteI haven't read any of these, but just looking at the covers I am super intrigued by "After the Game". I loved Friday Night Lights so the font and high school football themes definitely speak to me. Hope you enjoy your TBR and good luck!
ReplyDeleteThanks Katie! If you like YA contemporaries you would probably love Abbi Glines' The Field Party series. It centers on a small town in Alabama and the guys in the books are all high school football players. Really good series. :)
DeleteYou have a lot of good looking books there. I recently read Full Tilt and really enjoyed it.
ReplyDeleteThanks Kristin. I'm excited for Full Tilt. I've never read anything by Emma Scott before and this one sounds so good.
DeleteDigging the covers on these! Hope they're all great!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jazmen... now to find the time to read them all. :)
DeleteNICE HAUL!
ReplyDeleteHave you read Simon yet? Because if not I might be mad at you. But you MUST read Simon before The Upside because you must. ALSO both books are the most amazing wonderful books in existence.
I'm having a lot of trouble with By Your Side. I need to get back to it this month but I seem to be the only one that was finding it boring.
Till Death! :O I NEEDS that too!
I listened to Simon on audio and FLOVED IT. I mean, seriously freaking loved it. Anytime Robert was in the car with me he was listening too and he was getting into it and asking questions and I'd end up backtracking so he could hear certain parts. I will so get a physical copy because I adore Simon. And Blue. ♥ I'm excited about The Upside but probably won't read it (or By Your Side) until much closer to the release dates. And we totally need Till Death. Can't wait for that one!!
