WWW Wednesdays is a meme hosted by Taking on a World of Words.
Just answer three questions and share what you're reading.

WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY READING?

I just started Here So Far Away last night and am about 40-50 pages in. I'm at the liking-it-not-loving-stage but it's still early. Main character George is a tough nut to crack.

I'm listening to Play on audio and am just over half way done. I seriously love Mal. You never know what he's going to do or so. The speed at which everything is happening often induces some eye rolling but it's still a fun listen.

WHAT DID YOU RECENTLY FINISH READING?
I finished Moonlight Seduction a couple days ago and I'm still mulling over my thoughts. With the way Moonlight Sins ended, I though I knew how this second book would play out. But it took another direction and I'm still not sure how I feel about it.

WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'LL READ NEXT?
Next up will probably be Love Scene, Take Two since I'm part of the blog tour and I need to get it read. I don't often do "cutesy" - and this one definitely looks cutesy - but it appealed to me at the time so hopefully it'll be a winner.

What are you currently reading?
I wanna know! :)

  2. I've seen Kylie Scott around a lot. I think a lot of her books are on hoopla so I'll have to give her a go!

    1. The first thing I ever read by Kylie Scott was her YA debut last year. I loved it so much I decided to give her adult stuff a try. The Stage Dive series has been fun so far. :)

I hope we'll both enjoy Love Scene, Take Two!

  4. Hope your next read is a good one. I don't gravitate toward a lot of books that are cutesy either, but sometimes they really do work!

    1. Once in a blue moon I'll get in the mood for cutsey... I guess that's what happened when I requested this one. LOL

  5. It's been so long since I've read an Armentrout book and frankly your ambivalence actually has me more curious! :) Will have to check out Play.

  6. Here So Far Away was too May-December for me. I just couldn't embrace the romance, but I am interested to see what you think. GAH! I so want to read Love Scene Take Two, but my request is still pending. *sad face* Mal was my favorite too.

    1. Ugh, those wretched pending requests! It's like, just go ahead and tell me no! At least then I won't keep hoping!

    1. Jessica, what are you doing with your life?! LOL Go read some Armentrout now! But seriously, I know what you mean. There are so many authors I want to try... but only so many hours in the day.

  8. I'm in that weird place where you want to read everything but nothing all at once, lol. Everything I start I want to put down and read something else. :(

I do love the stage dive books but there is a fair amount of almost insta-love in them... That said, Jimmy's book is better in that regard (and my fav of the series.)

    1. Oh yeah, I know what you mean, Nicola. It's like, yes! I want to just demolish my TBR! I'm a reading machine! And then one by one you totally dismiss every single book you look at. LOL Hope that passes soon!

I just started Jimmy's book yesterday. He got me all choked up in the first chapter or two (getting ready for the funeral) and then he went right back to being a jerk. LOL Right now I'm thinking there's no way he can top Mal for sheer love-ability. :)

    1. OMG, I loved Mal so hard! I mean, right away I was like, "David Ferris who?" LOL Mal was just the best. Now I've started listening to Lead. Jimmy had me getting all teary in the first chapter or so and then he went right back to being his annoying self. Ha!

  10. I hope Love Scene, Take Two ends up being a good read for you. I don't do many cutesy reads either but this one actually sounds pretty good.
