WWW Wednesdays is a meme hosted by Taking on a World of Words.
Just answer three questions and share what you're reading.

WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY READING?

Maybe Someday - Colleen Hoover
With the surprise release of Maybe Now, I had the urge to reread Maybe Someday. It was the first book I read by Colleen Hoover and I've never reread it since that first time 4+ years ago. I'm so excited to experience the one again.

The Third Wife - Lisa Jewell

I've had this one on my Kindle for ages and just hadn't got to it. I recently saw the audio version was available on Hoopla so I decided to go that route. So glad I did! The narrator is wonderful and hearing the accents and the voices is really bringing the story to life for me.

WHAT DID YOU RECENTLY FINISH READING?
Forever, Interrupted - Taylor Jenkins Reid
So glad I picked this one up! I couldn't find anything I wanted to read last week and finally settled on this one. It hurt my heart but I fell in love with Ben+Elsie and their story. Elsie's evolution from whirlwind romance to grieving widow to figuring out what comes next felt utterly realistic and I loved it.

WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'LL READ NEXT?

I'm likely to dive right from Maybe Someday to Maybe Now and continue all the Ridge+Sydney feels. And after that I should probably move on to The One You Fight For since the release date is less than a month away.

What are you currently reading?
I wanna know! :)

  1. I haven't read any of these, but they look great! I'm currently reading an ARC for The Bird King, which is a fantasy-eque book set in Spain. It's been great so far. Happy reading!

  3. I read Maybe Someday 4 years ago and I still remember quite a bit of the story, but not the details anymore. I have several books by Taylor Jenkins Reid on my TBR, but haven't read her yet!

  6. I am reading The One You Fight For right now. I love that Loren took on incorporating one of the killer's family members.

    1. The Third Wide was definitely more domestic drama than true mystery but I still recommend it. I really enjoyed it!

  10. I need to read The One You Fight For, too, but I have a few more urgent review books to get to first. Roni Loren is a wonderful writer so I have good feelings that we'll like her newest. CoHo is a hit and miss author for me, sometimes I love her work and sometimes I really hate it. Unfortunately, Maybe Someday was one that didn't work out for me. I was definitely in the minority on that one. Glad to hear you loved it. Hope you love the sequel as well! :)

    1. I only discovered Roni Loren with the release of The Ones Who Got Away back in January. I read that one and The One You Can't Forget and was hooked. I'll be starting the third book soon and I already know I want to read more from her.

  14. I love audiobooks, when I have the time or try to fit them in when I am doing homework or something makes the time go faster. I really want to read The Third Wife. I am glad you are enjoying it and love when a narrator can change up the voices and make it more unique.

    1. I’ve done such a turn-around on audiobooks over the years. I almost always have one downloaded now. I mostly just listen to and from the office each day but I really enjoy it. Oh, and I recommend The Third Wife!

  15. You're on a Colleen Hoover kick! She was at the Origin Event with JLA! I've only tried reading one of her books, Without Merit, but it didn't work for me. I've only heard wonderful things about her, so I'm still planning on trying one of her other books in the future. So glad you're enjoying these! Oddly, I love the cover for The Third Wife!

    1. Oh! I'm currently reading Once Upon a River and Paper Girl! They were both released on the fourth, and I'm trying to knock them out. I'd meant to get to them sooner, but didn't have a chance. They're both enjoyable so far, but I'm barely into them.

    2. Well, I was supposed to be on a Colleen Hoover kick! I never started my reread of Maybe Someday and haven’t read anything in a week! Ack! It’s a combination of little time and just not being in the mood to read. (Who am I??) I’ve heard VERY mixed reviews for Without Merit. I get the feeling that it’s quite a departure from her usual and not really a good representation of her regular style. I’ve put off reading it just for that fact.
