Top Ten Tuesday: Summer TBR

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.

This week's Top Ten Tuesday topic:
Books on My Summer TBR

We all know that I don't do TBR lists. I never follow them, I forget that I make them, and it wouldn't matter even if I remembered because I'm such a mood reader that they're pointless anyway. So there's that. But I also love a good list so, even though this is an exercise in futility, let's make a Summer TBR, shall we?

Have you read any of these books?
What's at the top of your Summer TBR?

  1. I see only one book I've read and that was Love Lettering, it was brilliant so I hope you enjoy if you do read. I do see a couple of books on my TBR as well. I still need to read Wild at Heart and The King Maker so fingers crossed we get to them and enjoy.

  5. I'm not great at TBRs either, but I've been doing the Read the Alphabet Challenge so that's definitely kept me on track for the most part.

  6. Yaas Guy on the Right and Love Lettering 😍 Super loved both of those books and I hope you do too! Wild At Heart and Credence have been sitting pretty on my TBR for... Quite a while now too coz I'm so bad at set TBRs and even possibility piles hold slim possibilities for books that make it on there 😂 I hope you manage to get to some of these though! Happy reading :)

  7. You and me both need to read Wild at Heart. Maybe we can buddy read and do a double post for your blog. Guy on the Right was fun. I loved that book, and Love Lettering was good too. I will be eagerly awaiting your thoughts on the new CoHo. I have fallen way behind on her books, but the new release has me very interested.

    1. I can't believe Wild at Heart has been out for 4 months and I still haven't read it. Gah! Story of my life. But the exception to that is CoHo. I never fall behind with her... I have to gobble hers up immediately. :)

  13. That is the most perfect GIF! And I'm the same way- I rarely stick to seasonal TBRs but I do love making lists! I finished Love Lettering recently and really enjoyed it- I hope you do too! I'm also anxiously awaiting Heart Bones. Hoover is definitely one of my favorite authors and I can't wait to check out her latest!

  15. Haha, your opening paragraph is relatable. I looked back at my spring TBR and saw that I only read 2 books from it. So . . . oops. I hope you love all these!

  19. I loved All I Ask! Hear Bones is on my TBR, and I think The Guy on My Right looks good! I'm a mood reader too, and struggle with thinking something really looks good, and then when it's time to read it, not being in the mood for it. This is a great looking TBR. UI hope you get to some of them and end up loving them Tanya :)

  24. I loved Love Lettering! It was so soft and adorable, and the slow-ish pace was a nice break between the faster-paced novels I was reading at the time. I'll say this - near the end the plot gets kind of... surprising, and not in a good way, lol. Hope you'll enjoy all these novels!
