Top Ten Tuesday: My Maybe-Kinda-Sorta Winter TBR

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.

THIS WEEK'S TOPIC:
WINTER TBR

So we all know that I don't make TBR's. And even if I did the odds of me sticking to one are slim to none. But I also never met a list I didn't like. So let's make a Winter TBR and pretend there's actually a chance that I'm going to read these. Fun, right? :)

ARE ANY OF THESE BOOKS ON YOUR TBR?

  2. Great list! I've heard so many good things about Kristin Hannah's books but I still haven't tried her work. I hope you enjoy all of these!

  3. First, I love that maybe sorta kinda headline because it's so true when it comes to TBRs! I loved Layla and Forever Wild. Push Forever Wild up to the front of your TBR. You won't be mad you did. ;) Four Winds was a hard read in the way Hannah does it. I am also excited for The Roommate.

    1. I haven't read anything other than my current audio book for a week. I was trying to read a book for a book club and it really put me in a slump before I DNF'd it. I'm giving myself a break but I really want to dive into all these book soon!

  4. I've never read anything by Nora Roberts *covers face* but The Awakening sounds amazing! If you do pick that one up, I'll be looking forward to your review. And I'm hoping to binge The Cruel Prince and the rest of the books in that trilogy. I've been saying that all year but with Christmas break coming up I'm keeping my fingers crossed lol!

  7. SQUEEE! I am so excited you are going to read All About Us. I hope it touches you the way it touched me. Believe it or not, I pre-ordered the Liese book. Though, I bought the last one, and then I listened to the audiobook from Hoopla. Oh, well. It was great.

    1. When I saw the synopsis it just felt like a me book. And then your review solidified it. I'm hoping it will be under the tree next week. :)

  9. Nice list! I read THE FOUR WINDS a month or so ago. It's not my favorite Hannah book, but it's very atmospheric and memorable. I'll be interested to see what you think of it when/if you read it.

    Happy TTT!

  10. Ever After Always is on my TBR as well. I'm really hoping to read it in December but let's see where the mood takes me (and if I find time as well cos how is it already mid-way through Dec)?! Insanity. I'm really liking the look of The Awakening and can't wait until my physical copies of The Simple Wild series come in so I can display them on my shelf (and finish reading it of course)! Haha hope you enjoy all of these, Tanya 😊

  11. Ha I feel you with TBRs! The only reason I read anything on a schedule is because of review books. The Four Winds sounds REALLY good, I think I am going to have to add that to my list. Hope you enjoy these (or whatever you end up reading hahha)

    1. Haha! Right, because this list in no way reflects what I'll actually be reading. LOL

  12. I don’t stick to TBRs either. That’s why my winter TBR is made up of all the books I failed to read in past seasons . . . . I hope you love all these! I should read more Kristin Hannah. I liked what I’ve read from her so far.

  15. Yes! Forever Wild is on my "soonish" TBR. I still need to read book two and I'm hoping to get to it after two audios. I'm interested to hear what you think of Layla. The description had me thinking love triangle, but I could be wrong.

    1. I'm not sure what Layla is about. I try to go into Colleen's books as blind as possible and just let the story unfold. But I have heard there's a paranormal aspect and that has me all kinds of intrigued!

  16. I'm really curious about Layla. I love making lists too, even if I don't follow them. LOL

  17. I am on the fence for Layla honestly as many say the main male character is not kind or ...and if I can't connect that will be a mess ;-) Now I can't wait for you to read Holden's book!

    1. I've seen mostly positive reviews for Layla but of course not every book is going to thrill every reader. :)

  20. I forgot to actually put them on my list this week, but the Kristin Hannah and Sarah J. Maas books are two I really hope to read as soon as they come out. So excited for both of them!
