Top Ten Tuesday: Winter TBR

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.

This week's Top Ten Tuesday topic:
My Winter 2021 TBR

So we all know that I don't make TBR's and I am 100% a mood reader and would never stick to a TBR even if I made one, blah blah blah, but we also all know that I love a good list and will never turn down a chance to make one. So in that spirit, here are my top ten books that may or may not get read this winter.

Side note: Does it seem super weird to anyone else that winter doesn't actually start until December 21 and runs through March 20? Like right now it's mid-December but it's still fall? And mid-March in Florida is practically pool weather. Who comes up with these dates, anyway? (rhetorical question... I don't really care 😉)

Reminders of Him by Colleen Hoover
Running Wild by K.A. Tucker
The Family You Make by Jill Shalvis
Shenanigans by Sarina Bowen
The Reunion by Meghan Quinn
One Night on the Island by Josie Silver
Reverie and Redemption by Kaydence Snow
A Stormy and Sultry Sea by Katie McGarry
The Best Men by Sarina Bowen & Lauren Blakely
The Becoming by Nora Roberts

ARE ANY OF THESE BOOK ON YOUR WINTER TBR?

  1. I go by the meteorological calendar which is just December, January and February. Ask anyone in the street right now in the UK and they'd tell you it's winter!

  2. I hadn't heard of Silver's & Tucker's newest books but I've seen them on lists everywhere today! I'm very excited to add both to my TBR wishlist 😍 The Reunion also looks really good and I'm already ready to find it on KU when it's out. Happy reading!

  5. I live in the Phoenix area and our weather doesn't follow ANY rules! LOL. It's icky hot from April to November, so it pretty much always feels like summer.

I hope you enjoy these reads if and when you get to them. Happy TTT!

  9. Just added Shenanigans to my TBR! And yeah, I find the seasons very strange sometimes ... it's so weird to me that it's not ACTUALLY Winter yet. hah

  11. It still feels like fall here because we've barely gotten any snow! Usually, we're buried in it by now. I bet the snow will come in spring. That seems to happen often. I hope you love these books!

    1. You've barely had any snow and it's in the 70's here... what's up with that? :)

  12. Hope you enjoy all these reads! I've always found it weird, the whole "official start" of seasons thing, I'm like, when it hits 1st December, it's winter!

  14. I agree with you about who makes the dates! It's been winter-like here in my part of Canada off and on since October. Then again Saturday was very spring-like.

I hope to read the Josie Silver book at some point.

Also I haven't read a Shalvis book in so long, happy reading!

    1. It is! You know I'm not a fantasy reader but since it was Katie McGarry I decided to give it a try. The first book was A Wicked and Beautiful Garden. I couldn't keep up with all the lore (it felt like a lot, but that's probably just me) but I still enjoyed it.
