  1. Frustrating books are no fun! I’m glad you liked most of them, though. :)

  2. Ooh, My Bestie's Ex doesn't sound like a winner 🙈 But the rest sound great and you've definitely got me curious about a few of them. Baden is already on my TBR and I'm looking forward to reading it (it'll also be my first book by Sawyer Bennett). Great one-word reviews!

  5. Oooh, you came up with some good ones! I use "gripping" a lot because it's just so descriptive. I also love "immersive," "bittersweet," and "heartrending." They all say so much in just one word. Well done!

    Happy TTT!

  7. I wasn't sure about the one word reviews at first either but it was a great challenge and I've been ridiculously overwhelmed by revision for assessments so it was a nice quick one!

  14. I've really liked reading everyone's word choices for this weeks topic. It's definitely not easy to sum up a whole book with one word but it's a cool challenge, I feel like we should all be trying to do this with our reviews as sometimes that single word can be a good push without risking spoilers reading a full review. I totally agree with your words for Wall of Winnipeg and Me and Slave to Sensation.

    1. Becky - I agree! I see some reviews that are sooo long and I sometimes think, there's no way I'm reading all that. I might as well read the book. LOL Sometimes less is more! :)

  16. This would be a challenge, but wouldn't it be nice if we could get away with one word for review books? Lol. I've tried to do short and tweet (a play on sweet) doing a review the length of a tweet and that was fun. I should try it again. Yay that you loved The Wall of Winnipeg and Me!!! I'm so thrilled! Also, happy you enjoyed Slave to Sensation! The series only gets better!

At first I thought the topic was one word titles so I was confused. I'm up to speed now haha
