Top Ten Tuesday: Spring TBR

Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme

Talking about books I'm excited to read never gets old.
Especially ones that I want to happen sooner rather than later.
So here we go...

Have you read any of these?
What's at the top of your Spring TBR?

  1. I also really want to read Until Friday Night soon. I love Abbi and her books! I also have Deity on my soonish TBR, hope you enjoy Pure, I really liked it! Of course, all other books are great too, and I do want to read them at some point!

    1. Another Abbi fan! Love her books so, so much. :) I'm excited to start Pure. I just saw Drew Leighty at ApollyCon a couple weeks ago so I've definitely got Seth on the brain. LOL

  2. Tanya, you either have books I love and want to cuddle (1kBK, FtF, CoM, Pure, UFN. BTR) or books I really want to read (all the ones I didn't just name lol) but you can totally read FtF this spring because you signed up for my read along! All the books that you have on this list that I read are amazing and I've heard just as amazing things about the other books on this list! I hope you get to them all :)

    1. It's been almost a year and a half since I read Throne of Glass. (I probably need to find a refresher online) I liked it but didn't love it but everyone tells me the books just get better and better so I finally decided to continue with the series. And A Court of Mist and Fury... *SO* excited for that one!!

    1. Okay now you have me even more excited than ever for Until Friday Night! I just love Abbi's Rosemary Beach series (like, I'm kind of obsessed with those characters LOL) so I'm betting I'll love UFN, too. :)

I'm super exited that I recognize almost all of the books on your list! *does a happy dance* I'm waiting to read most of these books as well! <3 The series by Jennifer Armentrout GOSH, you're going to fall in love with it! Have you tried her Lux series??IF NOT YOU MUST. YOU SO MUST!! :)

    1. OMG girl, I *LOVE* the Lux series! Obsidian was the first book I ever read by JLA and the Lux series is my fave paranormal series ever. (I admit I'm a tad obsessed with Daemon Black. LOL) I'm excited to continue on with the Covenant series. I met cover model Drew Leighty at AppolyCon a couple weeks ago so I'm all about Seth right now. ♥ Hope your break is doing you good, sweetness! :)

  7. You've got some great choices there! I haven't started that JLA series yet, but I'm slowly collecting them, because I know I'm going to love it just like I have loved all her other books! I may have to give Abbi Glines a try after falling in love with Colleen Hoover's November 9, and the AFter series by Anna Todd.

    1. Oh boy, I tend to gush over Abbi Glines, Lisa. lol I've read her Rosemary Beach series (slightly obsessed with it) and her Vincent Boys duology (love it) and I buy her books as soon as they're released without even reading a synopsis. :) Yeah the Rosemary Beach series can be kinda lightweight - it's never going to win any literary awards LOL - but I don't care. I love the characters and love the stories and I can't get enough.

  8. Currently reading Crown of Midnight :) and I really liked Until Friday Night when I read it a few months ago :) it was a lot more innocent than her Sea Breeze series haha

    1. I've yet to start the Sea Breeze series. The Rosemary Beach series will end after one more book (#13 in the series) so I'm going to wait and finish that off before I dive into Sea Breeze. If Sea Breeze is anything like Rosemary Beach it gets seriously steamy! lol Can't wait to hear what you thought of TOG... and COM!

  9. I still need/want to read Sweet and The Sea of Tranquility, both of which I've heard great things!! Thanks for reminding me!!

    1. There's no telling how long The Sea of Tranquility has been sitting on my shelf. And, like you, I hear it's excellent. Don't know what in the world I'm waiting for! :)

  10. Definitely read Crown of Midnight- my favorite of the series so far! And I want to read ACOMAF too! I mean, I won't, but I want to ;) And I love the cover for A Thousand Boy Kisses! SO cute!! Hope you love these!!

Oh, and my spring TBR? April review books. As far as the eye can see bwhahaha. Let's see.. Alight, Dig Too Deep, Flawed (I might be reading them ALL right now), and then next will be Water's Wrath, The Rose and the Dagger, Gena/Finn, Star Touched Queen, Dreamology... can't think of more off the top of my head, but those are some that I will be getting to soon!

    1. I know, I know, everyone tells me I *have* to stick with the Throne of Glass series and that it gets better and better. And I can't decide if I really want to read it or if I'm just caving to the hype. Oh, my gut-wrenching first world problems. I am In Love with the synopsis for Dreamology. I mean, seriously, I'm dying for this book. But I've read exactly one review and she was totally meh. But then again she's totally meh on 99% of what she reads so I can probably take that with a grain of salt. Cannot wait to see what YOU think of it, Shannon! :)

  11. I cannot wait for the Sarah Maas book. I literally cant! I just seen A Thousand Boy Kisses last night. I'll look forward to your review before I make any decisions. Fun list!

    1. I feel like A Court of Mist of Fury is at the top of everyone's Most Wanted! :) And the more I see about A Thousand Boy Kisses the more I want it. Apparently it's a tearjerker extraordinaire... so right up my alley. LOL

  12. You have yourself a great list here, Tanya! I see quite a few books that I'd like to get read this spring as well! Hmm, can you guess which ones?!? It's always hard to make a list like this though because then you have to decide what to read first! *haha* Decisions, decisions...

    1. I know, right? When they ALL look and sound *so good* how are we supposed to pick and choose? I atually took an easy way out... I stuck with Katie McGarry. I read Nowhere But Here, then Walk the Edge so I decided why not 3 in a row and so I picked up Breaking the Rules. A Katie McGarry trifecta! :)

  13. I have not read any of these! THe Sarah J Maas titles are on my TBR. I need to get my hands on them though. The only book I have in my possession is the Throne of Glass and I loved it! I always start the first book in series and it takes forever for me to get the second books. This is a series that I need to acquire ASAP. The Sea of Tranquility has such a lovely cover. I'm interested in that one as well. Great list, Tanya!

    1. Throne of Glass is one of those series that I started and never continued with. It's so incredibly hyped. I read TOG a year and a half ago and liked it but didn't love it. I think it was partially because fantasy isn't typically my genre of choice and also because it had been hyped as the BEST BOOK EVER. lol But so many people tell me that each book gets better and better and that I *have* to continue so I'm going to get it a try.
