The Sunday Post #312 | November 20, 2022

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
It's a chance to share news: a post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books,
and share what's coming up on your blog in the week ahead.

The week came with a blast of fall-like weather... finally. The high's have been hovering between 55-60 since Thursday and it's been fabulous. The mornings are cold (well, cold to a Floridian) and the afternoons are gorgeous. Loving it!

It was an intensely busy week at the office. The week after Thanksgiving always brings an annual conference where my company has its biggest presence all year. It's months of planning that culminates that week. Since next week is a short week, this week was where it was all coming together. I always breathe a big sigh of relief when it's over. Almost there...

I came across this online and all I can say is: Can I be her when I grow up? This kid is more badass than any adult (and I'm a little scared of her).

This week's 80's music fix comes with a little twist. Instead of one song, here's a video of the best dance scenes from 80's movies. Enjoy!

  8. I'm holding thumbs that all will go well with the conference. It's crazy time with us as well, school closes for the year in less than 3 weeks and there are still so much that needs to be done...

I do get to some reading still, but the blog lags behind. *sigh*.

    Good luck for your week!

  11. Glad you Floridian's are finally getting some good fall weather! It will be fun to have a shorter week. I only have 3 days to work this week so it will be fun. I hope you are enjoying Branded by Fire, I just love that series. Isn't the pack dynamics the best??

  18. I hope the conference goes smoothly. I love dance movies but more Fred & Ginger, Gene Kelly, Cyd Charisse and so forth. We got a bunch of them on DVDs from the library and watched them several years ago. I hope dance in movies comes back more. We have all the Step Up movies on DVD I think. Happy Thanksgiving Tanya!

  20. I watched that entire video and I am surprised by how few of these movies I've actually watched! They got the #1 spot right though. Your weather sounds perfect. Walking the dogs in 20 degree temps is no fun. I hope that this week is a good one for you.
